Returns & Refunds Policy

At Klevaro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how you can return items, request a refund, or arrange an exchange.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. You do not need to give a reason for cancellation.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing at support@klevaro.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

2. Returns Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
  • Items should be returned within 7 days of notifying us.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.
  • Items made to order or customised.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (such as PPE, safety equipment, or opened consumables).

3. How to Return an Item

  • Contact us at support@klevaro.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  • Package the item securely and send it back to us within 14 days.
  • Keep proof of postage until your return is processed.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
  • Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@klevaro.co.uk. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately at support@klevaro.co.uk with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
