How to use and clean a crystal water bottle
Unscrew the base chamber, rinse the gemstone point under warm water and let it air dry before reassembling. Do not put a crystal bottle in a dishwasher, because the heat cycle can loosen the seal on the base chamber and dull a polished stone. Hand wash the glass body with warm soapy water and a bottle brush. Avoid boiling water and avoid taking the bottle from a freezer to a hot tap, since a rapid temperature swing is the one thing likely to crack borosilicate. Clear quartz, rose quartz and amethyst are all hard enough for daily handling and will not degrade in water.
